Wholesale Pricing
We offer wholesale pricing to our dealers who have a physical location with a showroom.
Limited Dealers
We try to maintain a fair distance between the stores which we sell to. Provided that a store maintains a reasonable volume of purchasing, we won't sell to any new dealers in their immediate area.
Real-time Inventory
You can find all the information you need right from our website. We list our inventory with the location, quantity and dye lot information. Of course you can also call or email us and we’ll be happy to help.
Free Samples
For new dealers, we offer a limited number of samples and sample boards free of charge. Additional samples can be purchased. For customers that continue to place regular orders, additional free samples are included.
Custom Boards
If you don’t have enough space to display full size tiles, then sample boards mounted with small cut pieces are a good option. You can select the tiles you would like on them.
Easy Ordering
You can place your orders over the phone, by email, by fax or directly on our website. Note that our website is designed for retail pricing. When you place a wholesale order through our website the retail pricing and taxes will be displayed. You won’t be charged anything for the order yet. After we receive the order we will apply your discount rate and appropriate taxes and shipping charges, then send you a copy of the invoice for approval first. We can walk you through the online ordering process in person or over the phone.
Shipping
We normally ship out orders within 1-2 days after the order is placed, but we can also hold them for shipping out at a later date if required. You’ll notice that our inventory is stored at different locations. When orders are combined from products at different locations we transfer our stock over to ship or pickup from one location. There’s no extra charge for this. Some customers already have their own shipping accounts with freight companies. We can ship using the company of your choice, or we can ship using our account and add the shipping charges to your bill.
Packing
Our products are packed in generic cartons to help prevent your customers from sourcing Pendululum Tile as the supplier.
