Store Policies


We treat all our customers equally, whether you're a contractor or do-it-yourselfer, the pricing is the same.  Our listed retail prices are very competitive as is, but we can offer discounts of:

  • 10% off for orders over $500
  • 15% off for orders over $1000
  • 20% off for orders over $2000


Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds or Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase, with the exception of natural stone tiles.  Proof of purchase is required.  Products must be in good condition for resale.  Tiles may be returned by the individual piece, provided that the total amount of loose tiles being returned are no more than a box full.  If returning more than a full box of tiles, all tiles must be in the original packaging, with the remaining loose tiles not exceeding a box worth.

Natural stone tiles are final sale and not refundable or exchangeable, with the exception of samples.  Ensure that you examine the tiles for defects before receiving them.


Damaged Products
Damaged or defective products can be refunded or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.  Proof of purchase is required.  Products that are damaged due to improper use or handling of the products will not be accepted.


Not all inventory is stocked at our store.  Some of our inventory is stored at other warehouse locations.  This means that certain products may require 1-2 days to transfer over for pickup.
